I just tried to short SNE. My order was rejected. I do think that the punch bowl may be empty on the Nikkei.

Do you have an opinion?

I do believe that the new shorting rules/fees in japan will be very bad for their market, making the down moves much more drastic.

Do you know if the shorting rules in Japan affect ADRs in any way?
