Obviously, (to a reasonable person) the goal is to eliminate the evil in the world that has us in it's gun sights. That's a goal that is abundantly clear to me. Who was the enemy in Bosnia? What was Clinton trying to do? What did Clinton accomplish? So a "clear objective" is "rid the world of evil?"
