To really find and destroy all of this capability we would probably have to be there awhile. I recall from the days of the weapons inspectors that we were pretty sure what the suspect sites were; we just weren't allowed to go there. I assume that surveillance has been pretty active. Iraq's capacity for constructing major industrial enterprises in total secrecy has got to be fairly limited. Unless our Intelligence people are total wankers - which I admit is a lively possibility - I would guess that we have a pretty good idea of where the nasty stuff is being done.
