Here's a story for everyone.

When my son was 2 years old, my neighbor had bought some geese. Every morning about 5:00 am, they would come into our yard and raise all kinds of noise including pecking at the cellar windows. I would run out in the yard and chase them away accompanied with a full boat of cussing. Finally, my neighbor put up a fence and that was the end of it!

About two months later, we were having a picnic with the kids in this beautiful park on a warm sunny day in June. There were all kinds of families having a great time on this grassy hillside that led down to a pond. My son was running around down by the water, and me, the proud father thinking what a beautiful day it was...how lucky I was to have a son like him....life is good..etc etc.

All of a sudden I see him running full speed toward the water yelling:

"Hey Dad, look at the goddamned geese!"
