I think it means the naz will not be far behind, remember, the Q always amplifies the then current trend in the Naz, Hal has a downtrend in force now, naturally, the Q on the average will be weak.

Q is a not a good proxy for NAZ.

During the nascent phase of market recovery, the momentum dynamics of storage stocks may have parallelted that of the NAZ market, but we have entered into a different phase and the leaders are different.
