I think you misunderstand how HDR and MDR is controlled. It is done by a high level priority policy, rather than slowing down the physical layer delivering.

I think you didn't think carefully of that scenario I gave to you. Take a little variation to that scenario and you will see how the real moderation works.

Soma is not 1XEV based. They are WCDMA based.

Maybe I am missing something about Soma. They provide the network equipment for companies with MMDS spectrum. Gilder had a nice pitch on them. I think they have made some assumptions about the availability of WCDMA equipment. I wish they had developed a 1XEV product for their home networks rather than WCDMA.

I think it is bizzarre that Cricket's only data service is Slice Entertainment.
