Thanks for the enlightenment. I have a couple of question if it is not too much trouble.

Why is that? Is is because the present power hungry systems that you are described good enough to answer the needs over the next 5 years? What does it take for fabs to abandon the competitors and redirect all new purchases to Cymer?

My other question is about the competition. Do you know if they are developing similar systems? I am unclear as to how much of grip Cymer can have with the Raptor systems. If most customers do not really need them until a few years into future, that gives the competition time to catch up or perhaps even improve on the counterpart.
