LOL!

True story.

My son was about 2 years old. His mother was away tending to her father who was ill. I was getting ready for work and I had to take him to a temporary babysitter. Took him down stairs into the garage and had just strapped him into his car seat when the phone rang. We had a phone just inside the basement door, so I left him strapped in and hopped back inside to take the call. Needless to say he didn't like being left alone in the car and started yelling but the call was important and I could not terminate it quickly. By the time I was finished, he was howling. I knew once the car was moving he'd be fine so I hopped in, fired it up and backed out of the garage, only to realize I had left the door open on his side. My son thought it was hilarious, clapped his hands and asked me to do it again.

Life's little embarassing moments......
