I guess this depends on weather one is looking at the Dow or the Nasdaq, and also the sector. But I understand what you mean.As a tech investor, trust me, it was HUGE!!))))

Isn't that always the case? I thought that was a requirement for bubbles.

The FR kept the printing presses hot all through the 1990's. They certainly contirbuted. And might have been able to moderate it at least.
