George, Biderman (trimtabs) is is calling wall street strategists "morons". I guess the liquidity model did not work for him when the market took off late last year and he is a little ticked off.

If it was all about liquidity, this would be too easy. When mutual funds are considering new offerings, they have made their plans up weeks in advance and not just sell a few days prior. In addition, the insider selling window for a lot of companies should be coming to a close soon (for april earnings reports).
The new offerings also seem to be mostly non-tech from I can tell.

From what I can tell, he is just giving Maria B (cnbc) information so she can alarm people; just like those that are bullish will talk about the cash on the sidelines.
