No wonder Jack Welch bailed out.

Getting while the getting is good. The finance unit has been the profit center for years. Problems there and GE will get whacked. GE has used their top-notch credit rating to borrow at the lowest possible rate to support their financing activities.

<Note that GE reiterated "guidance" again today for the umpeenth time.> that is what is getting me wondering.
Repeative reiterations can be a red flag.
