VLE (Value Line Index) made a new intra-day all-time high today.

Per Tom McManus from BofA, he is suggesting over all market is over valued (doh) and is recommending taking some off the table. I saw him on cnbc.

Tasty looking short with tight stop. I am not understanding the GE fund raising game that they have going on. Just locking in low rates or what.
