What kind of cake? Talk about cake to me.

I like, on the few occasions when a cake-opportunity comes my way, to ask not for a piece of cake but for a "stout wedge of cake." I saw it in some Jane Austin book years ago and it seemed a so much more satisfying thing to be handed on a pretty plate than just a piece. It feels good to say "I want a stout wedge of cake," too.

So... what kind of cake? Describe it.

Pie is good, too.

So is a chicken sandwich, but that's a whole nother thing.

Ah, yes, I meant to correct you on that, dear boy. What I typed was "****s". Now how does that fit "toes"? It could fit "knees".

Although that's also not what I meant.
