Hell radar works. They just don't use it enough. In Illinois we have a one mile over in a work zone is $150. That was put in the law after 7 workers were killed in one year.

We have photo radar in some areas in Canada...Quebes removed it when a prominent politician was captured on film around 4 AM , in the company of a woman not his wife, who appeared to be doing something naughty to him at the moment!!.Justice marches on!!
