Candle chart could be called a breakout of sorts today and also gave this leg a higher high to go with the higher low. I have found that grouping of stocks doing well doesn't bode well for the tech market. I don't pay attention to gas prices usually because if I need gas the price really doesn't matter. But this morning I locked the pump on and went in to get coffee. I asked Chris if the truck was full yet and he looked at his monitor and said 27 bucks and climbing. I thought shit I'm spraying gas all over the parking lot by now and trotted out there to find that I was not and gas was up to 1.55 per gallon. WTF!!! If AG was counting on consumers keeping this thing going riding on the back of cheap energy I've got a news bulletin for him. That ain't cheap.
