Doing the math a different way....the merger gets approved..

Walter Has 22% of the votes against the merger.

So take 18% (Wally's vote) out of the 79% of the Institutional holders and the result is 61%. Of the non Wally votes 70% are in favor of the merger So this puts the institutional and mutual fund vote in favor at 43% (if that percentage holds)

Individual investors account for 25 % and if only 40% of them vote in favor that brings the total to 51%
