I don't know how good your German is but this passage clearly says that there might be a change:

Translation: "AMD is considering to change the model rating calculation for the 2200+ model, so that the 2200+ might be clocked higher than the 1800 MHz derived from the old algorithm."

That would be very good news if true (assuming that AMD will still deliver their roadmap from the last presentation, i.e. XP2200+ in Q2, XP2400+ in Q3).
