I would bet money (actually I am by being long) that the reaction to the Fed change of bias to neutral will be positive

Well it was positive for 30-45 seconds.
Shorted a bunch of QQQ's at 37.78 on the insane bounce that these announcements always produce. Covered about 5 minutes later. Shorted the bounce, covered, and I am flat again.
