Hi Frank,

Based on the ADX (not shown) I would stay away from this stock. ADX suggests that the downtrend is gathering strength & the fact that it broke down past all its MA's definite negative IMO

<<BTW, did you ever find out how much cash they have? >>

Without calling the company directly the latest documents I could find states they had 1.6 M in cash. Another document stated they budgeted 1M for drilling....

"At the beginning of November Golden Goliath launched the second phase of the Uruachic
exploration program, the diamond drilling phase. The drilling program has a budget of $1 million,
with about 20 to 24 holes planned, and will take 5 or 6 months to complete. The Company has plans
to drill four of the five properties in this first round of drilling. This will be the very first time any
of these properties will have been drilled. It has been difficult to rank these four properties as to
potential, as each one has various factors in its’ favour. We have decided to drill them in logistical
order with respect to moving the drilling equipment around the camp."

I'm not that great with annual reports.

How much have they used to drill 8 holes? don't know. Not anyway close to 1M. I just can't see that.

You are right about the trend. It appreared to tighten up and I misjudged it. thought I would catch the bounce. considering the next move right now. All is not lost!
