DCNT Was up 11.67% today on 10x its average daily volume after the news of their deal with IWOV.<g>

In October 2001, the Company acquired gForce Systems, Inc., a provider of rapid e-learning content management and delivery solutions.

The institutions, which reportedly hold more than 60% of the float had been doing some buying in the last Q.

It gave a buy signal on the 15 minutes chart this morning:

But still has some upside resistance.<g>

I would like to see it closing above 3, but at this point, the upside potential seems much greater than the downside risk.g>

HOFF: Is still doing O.K.<g> They raised more than $30 M recently. Insiders hold more than 60% and institutions 93% (259% 0f the float.<g>) and reportedly have been buying lately.

On the other hand the short position has increase from 0 to 1.97M ( the short ratio is close to 22% of the float.<g>)It seems it is very possible that we will see a "S.S." <g>) pretty soon.

Caveat: I am still long on HOFF and planning on adding more.<g>
