Building a strong military resulted for Reagan in the collapse of the USSR. Perhaps history will repeat itself & worldwide terrorism will fade away. Think of it as another worthwhile investment for your children's future. Besides, it's money well spent when compared with the $$$s frittered away on the Monica & Iran Contra fiascos.
