Michael is a MAJOR asset in this deal --- and don't forget it !! So far he's been responsible for 2 consecutive terrible years, in which the stock dropped to a 5 or 6 year low. When he took over as ceo the stock was 25. Today it is 10. He may be well-informed and may be a good man to have behind the scenes but he's definitely not leader material. One of the reasons that I voted for the deal was to see him move back to about 2nd or 3rd horse so that someone more aggressive and powerful could take the reigns of leadership. El
