WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Atmel Corp. (NasdaqNM: ATML - news) (ATML) expects about $200 million in capital expenditures in 2002, down about 76% from the 2001 level, according to the company's annual report filed late Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission
