Aero, the homeboys have been whipsawing anyone and anything that gets in their way all along. That's one of the reasons I won't touch them. (My other reasons are, I'm opposed to shorting companies with real profits and real earnings in the current environment.)

Having said that, the time to short them, if that's what one is intent on doing, is to short them when they break major levels of resistance.

Let's look at BZH for a moment. It met a minor level of support on a rising 50 dma. It did what a stock does 80% of the time in this instance. It rebounded. I suspect a lot of today's action with the homeboys was short covering.

The next day or two are critical for BZH. It needs to stay above the 50 dma or the downside won't be pretty.

Watch that declining 10 dma. If it crosses below the 50 dma, you'll have a significant pullback, in my opinion.

On the bullish side, nice volume today, worth keeping an eye on.
