It appears not just farm land is being reduced in size. Water we dont pay enough attention to but it is going to be as time goes on one of the biggest problems we have. That just might mean we have to look to the oceans.

The Plaza's developer also found it tougher to sell its upscale condominiums, so it scaled back the three penthouse suites.

The move seems to have worked. Three 4,500-square-foot condos on the top floor -- priced at more than $2 million -- were reconfigured into six units with 900 to 2,800 square feet. Most are now priced at less than $1 million, and three have sold.
