Well... you've seen this, right?

markettoons.com

I know, it's pretty old... but it suits the day, anyway...

You know this range stuff is becoming an obsession for me... Cuz it's virtually impossible for me to make money - and easy to lose it - during times like these.

Today's session wasn't an NR7-2 on the major tech indices, but was an NR-7... in fact, was an NR-23 or so, the narrowest day since 2/13, which was all of .04 pts wider on the COMPX, and, barring days before Christmas, itself one of the narrowest range session in YEARS, as you may recall from an earlier post.

In relative terms - range compared to 50-day average range - it was the narrowest non-pre-Holiday session since March 2001, which was a time when the average range was much higher.

Flatworld sucks.
