Yes but Elan has and was reporting they were making money. That is a big difference.

If there is any hanky-panky the torts will eat the company alive. And if you want to believe torts have nothing to gain from bankruptcy, look at how they have handled the 22 companies they forced into bankruptcy in the asbestos litigation.
