Like the middle east you have adopted a narrow view of what happned historically, to justify your emotional needs. I offered no opinion on the Middle East. All I did was 1. post a NYT report on the findings of some rabbis that seem to negate the validity of certain claims in the Old Testament of the Bible; 2. post an opinion offered by a friend of mine and a link he supplied about the Egyptian pilot that brought his jetliner into the sea. And what did you do? You jumped to conclusions and confusion and displayed your ignorance and prejudice, and you reacted as if the opinions in (2) were mine. Your penchant for talking about emotional needs and asking others to seek "help" suggests to me you had been "helped" umpteen times before. Good for you. But mind you, what has been good for you is not necessarily good for others or needed by others. In case you didn't know it already, psychologists regularly "manufacture" victims out of their clients to justify the need for their services etc. America has the greatest number of shrinks in the world and yet it still has the greatest crime rate and the greatest variety of crimes in the world. Yea, America leads the world in many things, good and bad. Are the shrinks really giving the right kind of help to their clients? Where I was during the war is none of your concern.
