France is supposed to have nuclear power if my conviction is all right, The most powerfull nations are supposed: USA,RUSSIA,CHINA,UK,& FRANCE, is there any legal document that allow those countries to have Nuclear weapons, any help anybody? cos I'm quite sure about it

Yawn, just more spin to smear Israel. Oh...how so? Chirac had France conduct some nuclear tests a few years back, maybe we should insist on going in for an inspection there too. The country should be glowing with radiation by now with all that nuclear energy generated by EDF. France's policy is to target all nations with long and short range nukes, and that includes the USA. Nobody screws with them especially with their nuclear sub fleet as back up. If you don't think Israeli right wing extremists aren't crazy enough to detonate a nuke in the US or Europe, all you have to do is watch CNN.
