Jerome I must say Wally did a good job in opposing the deal and revving up support; but the goofball lost. In the end it's winning that counts even if it's only by a few votes. His position on the board is now toast. Time for him to go back home, listen to Brahm's lullaby and suck his thunb. SR

Jerome, on CNBC WW semed like a nice guy today. The meeting today was at Flint Center which is on the campus of DeAnza College. Students there were upset because HWP stockholders took up their parking spaces. Now I need HWP to go to at least $20 to make my CPQ calls in the money. Gottfried
