Not a good way to blow $35 million dollars.

A lot of charities could have done a whole lot for humanity with those funds.

A consolidation of these discussion threads will be necessary. Since the HWP thread is dominated by the anti-merger forces and the CPQ thread is dominated by pro merger forces. We could live with two HWP threads.

The original thread could be called the HWP-Luddite thread or the HWP-Flea thread

The new thread could be called the HWP Elephant thread (because the elephants did save the day).

Other suggestions needed.
