Listen , you /we/and everybody could have just
as well taken the collected works, writings of Aristotle
and decided by a council of the ruling powers that he was the true Son of "God" , and probably the world would have evolved more peacefully than we have seen it go.

But that would require more people to think a little more clearly wouldn't it ?
And use reason....

It was convenient for the church fathers to control the ideas of the greatest minds and philosophers of humanity for many centuries , carry on all the sacraments in language the common man did not understand ...all long enough to shore up this myth and fable of the "Son of God"
kingdom of heaven and solidify their power .

To say that :

to be as a little child , is to know heaven etc etc

Is a profound and unique thing to say? And solves all mysteries of the universe ? Not hardly original and any woman could have told you that 2000 yrs ago.

What were they so afraid of in the fullness of their hearts ?
