Perhaps it was the way the Greeks embraced Christianity the way they go about building restaurants and serving good food - ie. with great passion, oganization, vision, heart and soul.



It was a modern Greek writer , Nikos Kazantzakis, that gave me the
most beautiful and profound insight into Jesus Christ.

He was an educated man I've heard ....

and Aristotle lived over 300yrs before.
