ya short term the bulls have gotten a bit clownish, this was mondays read 3-1 ratio in the leveraged funds.

NDX Long - VELOCITY 312.4 Million**BEARISH ALL TIME HIGH
NDX Short- VENTURE 132.6 Million

a few down days will cure this,

but this is nothing compared to the ole days when this ratio used to be 10 to 1 or even higher at tops

12:02 ET General Electric criticized by PIMCO's Bill Gross (GE) 39.25 -0.65: -- Update -- A
piece about GE by PIMCO bond fund manager Bill Gross is getting a lot of play today. Gross is
focussed primarily on the fact that GE Capital has commercial paper outstanding which is three
times the size of their bank credit lines, and that this exposes the company to the "mercurial
opinions" of analysts and managers. Gross says that as a result PIMCO will own no GE
commercial paper for the foreseeable future.
