Mark, I heard Alan Green$pan lowered interest rates to around 2% for interbank lending [or somewhere around that level]. <I'm sure everyone that has a 10%+ credit card would love to know where they could get a credit card for 2% interest per annum.>

You can go to prudential.com and sign up with them. They gave me all the doings and I enjoy a low interest rate with large borrowings - I use their credit card and the debt just gets added on to the account. Now, I happen to be debt free, having decided gloating rights [over Jay Chen] were not as good as cash flow when investing in a company's [Global Crossing's] bad debts.
