This is real good. They need a final feasability to prove this project (and to become more attractive as an acquisition candidate). I ran some economic models using some very basic assumptions and I came up with values for the Dolores property of:

$3.30US/share NPV10% assuming 80% Au rec. and 60% Ag recovery with US150MM CAPEX (no financing charges/dilution). This is my worst case scenario.

this increases substantially if CAPEX can be held down or if recovery rates improve to 75% for Ag.

Of course this was with the older published grades for the field and was only based on the better 36 million tonnes of "reserves".

In short: the stock has great potential and leverage.
