CJ, Everybody has an opinion. Caley's opinion is based on her proxy consultant's estimate and opinion. Your opinion is based on her opinion announcement. The press is going one step further and making Carley's opinion sound like a fact. I'm just saying it might be wise to wait for the facts. Elephants are easier to count then fleas. Proxy consultants like to count elephants and make assumptions about fleas. You know about assumptions don't ya?

Carley is doing the right thing. She needs some closure so employees will get back to work full time. What is she going to say, the vote is too close to call. We will hold our breath for six weeks or so. Think about the damage that could cause over the next six weeks. If the vote goes through, no problem. If it doesn't go through, no problem. She was announcing the proxy consultant's estimate and it was wrong.
