As to your first questions, I don't know, but expect I'll have plenty more time to read and decide, based on more information.

As to the latter, people have more information now than ever before to base their personal decision on. If you believe in personal freedom and the right to make personal choices about things affecting your own body, you have to honor a person's individual decision to smoke.
