Typically in the 10K associated with new financing, like the recent VLNC $30 MM equity line of credit, and in the case of BPUR, it is an old line of credit they have to use when they failed to issue debt recently (the first time I withdrew BPUR as a "watch" stock, it was around $16/18 or so).
