It's weird that the media has decided that the Hutchison contract is worth a story. By Hutchison's own account there has been no change since the initial contract award ten months ago or the core network award almost a year ago. Whoever decided to report that there had been a change in the nature of the contract award when in fact there has not been one and why? Also, the media stories for some reason omit that the most prestigious aspect of Hutchison's infrastructure related contract awards, the core network, went to Nokia. Siemens hasn't gained anything.
