Last I knew Clinton was taking credit for welfare reform (or chasing the poor off the dole as Ray likes to say).

Two weeks ago, the Shrub proposed a revamping of the work requirement for citizens who are availing themselves of the welfare system, making the terms much more onerous for welfare moms to actually qualify for benefits. If you'd keep up with the news you wouldn't be sending me such uninformed messages.
