The state's didn't call Schuler? They decided to have someone else try to put words in his mouth? No wonder the judge tossed out the testimony. I'm sure they were just trying to be economical with the limited number of witnesses they are allowed. Don't worry though, there will be plenty of additional, and additionally damning, testimonies to come before this charade is over and Microsoft is let off scott free. Just kidding. Pickled, skewered, and tormented with cattle prods. Dave
