The state's didn't call Schuler? They decided to have someone else try to put words in his mouth? No wonder the judge tossed out the testimony.

I'm sure they were just trying to be economical with the limited number of witnesses they are allowed. Don't worry though, there will be plenty of additional, and additionally damning, testimonies to come before this charade is over and Microsoft is let off scott free. Just kidding. Pickled, skewered, and tormented with cattle prods.

At some point the SEC garbage and other scams

the Govt. has looking after the mob's interests

will be forced to deal with this stock watering

scam and the myriad of other stock watering scams

emulating its stock watering scams.

When this junk goes to $15-20 and the entire

Nasdaq stock market has a one for ten reverse split

the bear market may be about to end.

Shouldn't take more than 1-2 years.
