They need a lot of money to build production facilities. The shelf registration is just that, a registration, when they went to the street to float it, they were offered impossible deals. Such equity lines end up being used when the worst is around the corner (no cash), and then the floor (which is $10 supposedly) is waved since the company needs the money. Last, be warned of management that publishes a 10 month old piece of news as "new news", typical pump and dump follows... Zeev
