Mr zonkie if a thousand nuclear weapons were exploded in the middle east releasing a radioactive cloud that would certainly destroy life everywhere, that would end our dependence on the middle east. The most preposterous thought about the middle east is this dumber than a brick notion that we want to rid ourselves of oil dependence. What would that accomplish? Make the world a better place? How about just increasing gas mileage by 50% which the Admin and Republican Congress do not want.
