Didn't you hear that Intel is always above the rest,
above physics, mechanics and optics too, that they
already crossed this point, and have 30% cost savings?

I think in trusted ENRONvironment (or ENRONment?)
you always can shell out few $B of "office expenses"
into "other" category,
and arrive at any %% of savings the shareholders want
to hear about.
