Why?
Because Dow, SP500, Value Line and Wilshire 5,000
"Three Line Break" charts just went NEGATIVE today.

Value Line is not one to change direction very often.

That one somebody was me. I was quite bullish yesterday about a pending spring rally after a minor correction. Now I'm not so sure after today's massacre.
