Not much more. It's one thing to present your ideas with substance behind them. But he does the chicken little sky is falling dance with no substance and then he says I told you so a year or two later. Now if John Shannon was to say, mindmeld, I told you so. Then I'd say, yes you did and it took me awhile to reason it out for myself. But when people like Haim say I told you so. I say, yes Haim, but who cares because you don't believe in yourself enough to give us reasons for your conclusions. Every day I read posts from folks saying such and such stock is going to rise 100% or such and such company is going bankrupt. I ignore almost all of those posts, because there isn't a shred of evidence they've presented. If you want to be seen as a great predictor, then show us that you aren't just wildly guessing.

Here's the other thing. I'm an easy target for the thread morons, because I freely tell folks what positions I hold and when I get in or out of a stock. I do this because I think that well reasoned posts with our moves disclosed to others is the way we can learn and profit from each other. Not only that, but I believe in my own intelligence enough, that I'm not afraid of making a few mistakes publicly. So when I make a mistake, all the morons can say, I told you so. Does that make them smart? I'd argue that no it doesn't. While they are busy telling me I told you so, they hide all the losses they have from their own investments. If they really were smart, then the trail of evidence would be on these threads for all to see. So if you want me to think you are smart, post your trades as they happen and let's see if you make consistently good moves. If there's a pattern, then I'll give you the recognition you deserve. However, until you do that, in my book, you are just a blowhard with no substance to back up your statements.
