Ira & WTMHouston, I just spoke to the folks at MailCentro (who handle webmail for Commtouch) and their support e-mail address is websupport@mailcentro.com Make sure to let them know you're referring to Silicon Investor Mail. You can also click the "tech support" link on the SI Mail page to go to a webform. For me, it took 15-30 seconds for the page to come up, but it worked fine. Let me know if you have further questions, or come across any info that will help other SI users. Thanks, John
