Apparently the nasal membranes were weaker than the potential aneurysm bulge they found once on an MRI. Why the blood pressure went up I don't know. Unless it was a wet dream trying to happen and didn't quite happen. I have no memory of it so it wasn't worth it or never happened. I have sleep apnea too and that contributes to tiredness, depression, blood pressure, and other things.

The only time I remember sleeping as much as 5 hours non-stop during the last 5 years or more was the result of taking double doses of sleeping pills, Alleve, Xtra Strength Tylenol and Advil all at once. An hour later I was out for most of the night instead of my usual sleep duration of 15 minutes to 2 hours.
