I brought up KVL first, guilty as charged...

Sometimes we all seem to forget that (at least in my opinion) our priorities are
1. Make a buck
2. learn a little
3. Have a good time

As I get older sometimes it becomes 3, 2, 1....

--------------------- For the majority of honest people those are normal priorities. Nothing wrong with that. But stock discussion boards are full of not so honest people. And for them 1 becomes the primary goal. And they will do that anyway that they can. Even stoop to such priorities as. Short a stock (or whatever) and then use scare tactics, misinformation and even lies to get those that are holding the stock to do the wrong thing at the wrong time for the wrong reasons just so that they can make money. They may even say how easy it is to trade a stock and make some huge gains that anyone (even joe average can do it) with no effort and no method (it works like magic). So everyone just go do it. Trouble is this is not what the majority of people want or need. But more often than most that is what they are handed over and over again. And the one key to recognizing these people is that they just can't stand the facts and evidence. Because they have nothing to counter that but name calling and insults. As for learning a little I am all for that. One learns from asking questions and from getting answers to those questions. A good discussion forum will provide that if the participants, give their evidence and provide answers to any and all counters. It won't provide that if those that make the wildest of claims simply refuse to respond to facts , pretend that counters to their facts just aren't there or don't exist. Or will provide none of their own and then have to resort to name calling and insults to claim victory. All of which we have seen quite readily here. ---------------

All the best

Scott
